How to place orders

Orders can be placed online for all products.

Delivery cost for most mirrors and tableware products are displayed at checkout.*

Furniture items can be ordered online.  Delivery is quoted and charged separately.

  1. Please email info@deluxedecor.com.au with product name and code, quantity, delivery suburb and postcode for a delivery quote.
  2. Place order online (delivery cost will not be shown at checkout).
  3. We will revise your order to include the quoted delivery cost and re-email to you.
  4. Make payment and receive goods.

Where an order contains furniture and non-furniture items, please note that the delivery cost shown at checkout does not include delivery of furniture items.

If a delivery quote has not been requested prior to order placement, we will update the order with delivery cost and re-send to you.

Pick up also available (By appointment only – Croydon VIC 3136).

Delivery Information

Australia Wide Delivery

Mirrors and tableware – Delivery for these products are displayed at checkout.* (Note: a handful of products may be listed as ‘pick up only’ due to its size or characteristics)

*Delivery costs displayed at checkout applies to delivery of these products to metro areas. Where the delivery address is deemed by the courier service as regional or a non-serviced area, we will contact you to advise and/or make alternative arrangements.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO BOX addresses. If no one will be available at the residential address to check and receive the order during business hours, please consider delivery to your workplace.

Please inspect goods before signing for delivery. In the unlikely event that damage has occurred during transportation, please do not sign for delivery, return goods with the courier and contact us by email within 24 hours of delivery date quoting order or invoice number. *Do not provide authority to leave goods at door as goods will automatically not be covered under the courier’s insurance*

Furniture – We are unable to provide a blanket delivery charge for all furniture items as these products are delivered using various transport companies. Delivery quotes depend on product(s) ordered and the delivery address. Please email info@deluxedecor.com.au with product code, quantity, delivery suburb and postcode for a delivery quote.

Please inspect goods as soon as possible after delivery.  In the unlikely event that damage has occurred during transportation, please make a note on the delivery documentation and notify us by email  within 24 hours of delivery date quoting order or invoice number.

Pick Up

Pick up is available by appointment from our warehouse in Croydon Vic 3136.

Please place your order online and select ‘pick up’ at checkout. Then contact us via email or phone to arrange a pick up appointment.

An appointment is required for pick up to ensure your products will be ready for pick up and the loading area is free to enable your collection.

Please bring a suitable vehicle to transport the products purchased. Box measures can be provided upon request.

Melbourne Showroom/Warehouse

Like many online businesses, our operations are conducted from a warehouse premises where the products are stored and despatched.  As such, our showroom space is limited and not all products are on display for viewing.

If you would like to view a product before purchase, please follow the steps below to ensure that the product(s) selected will be on display for your viewing.

  1. View all products online.
  2. Note the product(s) you would like to view.
  3. Contact us by email (info@deluxedecor.com.au) or phone (1300 855 560) to arrange a viewing appointment and advise which product(s) you would like to view.

Please note that product viewing is by appointment only.

Lay-By

Lay-By is available. Please contact us at info@deluxedecor.com.au with products you would like to place on lay-by

Fabric care and maintenance

For general cleaning and maintenance, we recommend vacuuming fabrics to remove dust and dirt. Leathers can be cleaned using a clean damp cloth. Treat spills and stains as soon as possible with appropriate cleaning agents according to product instructions and seek specialist cleaning advice where necessary. Do not use corrosive or harsh cleaning products as this may cause damage and discolouration to fabrics. Furniture should be kept out of direct sunlight for long periods and away from heat and share objects.
